Pretreatment: Mineral Water Plant

Application: Removal for Turbidity, Suspended, Colour, Odour, Organic Impurities Pretreatment Include Chlorination, Raw Water Pump, Pressure Sand Filter (PSF), SMBS, Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) with piping, Valves & Instrument.

Reverse Osmosis System

Application: To Reduce the Total Dissolved solids (TDS) from Raw Water Source.
Reverse Osmosis System include Pressure Tube, R.O. Membranes, High Pressure Pump, Micron Cartridge Filter, Anti Scalent Dosing Pump, Flow Indicator, Pressure Gauges and Switches, Electrical Panel, U.V. System & Ozonation with S.S. Structural Skid.

R.O. Membranes has 0.0001 Micron Porosity which will enable to reduce the TDS about 99% from its input values. Also remove the Bacteria and Virus, Arsenic, Iron, Silica, Pesticides, Fluoride and all Major available content Water.

Water Testing Facility

Purified Water is tested using IN HOUSE Water testing laboratory Where Chemical and Micro Biologically Water is tested for Chemical and Micro Biological parameters. For this, a complete full fledge Water Testing CHEMICAL and MICRO BIOLOGICAL Lab is required. However, water is also tested for Pesticide and Radio- nuclear parameters in outside Bureau of Indian standards approved laboratory.

Pet Bottle Blowing Machine

Water once purified is filled in PET Bottles where bottles can be blown IN HOUSE using Bottle stretch Blow Molding Machine. This Machine requires Heavy duty Compressor with Compressor, Air Dryer unit. Bottles are blown using Semi Automatic Twin Blow Machine.
